On the day of the formation of the Courier Communications Central Board, a solemn ceremony was held to stamp an artistic stamped envelope issued to mark the 85th anniversary of the Enterprise. 

The event was attended by Ivan Gaichenya, Head of the Courier Communications Central Board, Mikhail Volkov, Director General of Russian Post, and Alexey Borodin, Director General of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications.
 
The circulation of the branded postal sign is 500,000 copies. The envelopes have already entered postal circulation.
