We congratulate you on the 85th anniversary of the Courier Communications Central Board!
This is not just a jubilee date, but a whole historical cross-section, confirming that all these years the services provided by the Courier Communications Central Board are in demand and significant both for state institutions and for representatives of the free market of services. 
For many years we have been closely co-operating with you. The issues of improvement of the interstate exchange of special communication dispatches were regularly considered at the meetings of the RCC Board of the Communications Administrations Heads.
A significant event of the year 2024 was the Decision of the RCC Board of the CAs Heads on the establishment of the Coordination Council - special communication services of the Member-States to the Agreement on Interstate Exchange of Special Communication Mails dated 23 December 1993 at the RCC.

We express our sincere gratitude to you for many years of fruitful co-operation!
Your success is the result of serious, long-term work built on professionalism, determination and dedication of human capital, which was accumulated and carefully kept by Special Communications.
