Azerbaijan: All post offices of the designated postal operator (except three) will operate on Sundays. Post offices located in the capital and regions will serve citizens on Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00.

Belarus: In order to prevent the spread of infection caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus, from May 1 to May 31, 2020, the operating mode of the Minsk postal service facilities providing services on weekends and holidays has been changed.

United Kingdom: on May 13, the first phase of quarantine removal began (a total of 3 stages are planned). At this point, people who cannot work remotely return to work. Employers will need to take care of good indoor ventilation and surface disinfection. A social distance of two meters must be respected. Using public transport is not recommended, in large enclosed spaces (for example, in shops or the subway) you need to wear masks, you can make it yourself.

UK Post does not deliver packages on Saturdays.

Hungary: from May 4, the opening of cafes and restaurants is allowed, the work of all stores will resume, while maintaining the time frame for the elderly. Schools will remain closed until the end of May. Also, until August 15, mass events with the participation of more than 500 people are prohibited.

Grenada: quarantine measures in the country are gradually weakening, the Grenada Post operates on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The airport remains closed for passenger flights, however, the designated postal operator can accept dispatches with written correspondence and parcels sent by cargo flights.

Zimbabwe: The government lowered the level of tight isolation to a second level by 14 days starting May 17th. In this regard, the new mode of operation of the OPS is from 8:00 to 15:00 from Monday to Friday.

Spain: 40% of employees of the Spanish Post returned to work, the OPS are open 5 hours a day.

Italy: On April 26, the government decided to gradually move towards weakening isolation measures. 40% of the staff working with written correspondence and 50% of the staff working with parcels returned to work. OPS still work with a limited number of employees.

Cayman Islands: starting May 6, they resume processing incoming and outgoing international mail.

Canada: schools open in some provinces; Canada plans to remove restrictions in several stages (3 or 5). First of all, part of the restrictions will be lifted from those provinces where new cases of coronavirus infection were not recorded in the last seven days.

Liechtenstein: Beginning May 11, the designated postal operator cancels the procedure for delivering registered items to mailboxes without a written delivery notification. The recipient will choose whether he will personally sign the notification with his own pen, or the courier will sign for it. If the recipient is not at home, the shipment will be delivered to the nearest FSO.

Luxembourg: on May 11 begins the weakening of restrictive measures in the country, the OPS will open on May 9.

Mauritius: Starting May 15, the gradual removal of quarantine began.

Reception of mail intended for sending abroad is no longer limited, however, dispatches are generated only to countries with which air traffic is maintained.

Upon delivery of registered written correspondence, parcels and EMS, the recipient’s signature is not required, social distance is preserved;

Moldova: FSOs are back to full time. Pensions and social benefits are delivered to your home.

New Zealand: the government lowered the level of readiness from 3rd to 2nd (out of 4).

New Caledonia: the OPS resumed the verification of identification data, as well as obtaining the signature of the recipient. Upon delivery to the home, the recipient puts the signature on the delivery notification only if he has his pen, otherwise his signature is replaced by the signature of the courier, or the parcel is delivered back to the OPS.

Romania: from May 15, the emergency mode is weakened to high alert.

Serbia: the spread of the virus has decreased, the government has allowed freedom of movement. The emergency mode is weakened to high alert.

Slovakia: the government has announced a four-step plan to mitigate social distance.

The procedure for issuing written delivery notices resumed on April 23. The courier delivers the item to the doorstep of the house or to the entrance to the apartment building. The recipient must observe certain precautions (wear a medical mask, use your own pen, keep a social distance).

Uzbekistan: exchange international mail with 32 countries through the Republic of Kazakhstan by land transport. Taking into account the needs and desires of customers, the acceptance of international mail flights to 38 countries of the world has begun.

Ukraine: on May 22, adaptive quarantine was introduced in the country - local authorities can weaken restrictive measures provided the epidemic situation improves. Resume 66 border crossings with countries where the epidemic situation has a predicted tendency. In particular, the movement on the borders with Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary and Moldova will recover.

France: According to the decision of the government, the emergency situation in the health sector was extended for 2 months, however, starting May 11, restrictive measures are weakened (in particular, movement within 100 km of the house is allowed).

From May 11, the French Post resumes the delivery of written correspondence. Delivery of priority mail, parcels, daily newspapers, registered letters, as well as collection from mailboxes will be carried out 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday.

Strict isolation measures will remain in some regions of the country for certain categories of employees of the Post Office, and therefore delays in the processing and delivery of items are possible.

French Polynesia: The designated postal operator resumed the provision of postal services in connection with the removal of rigid isolation in the country. Domestic flights are gradually resuming, sea routes are also available. International cargo flights to France operate on a weekly basis.

Montenegro: resumed mail exchange in normal mode.

Sri Lanka: they resumed processing and delivery of international shipments entering the country, however, they still cannot guarantee delivery standards. Outgoing international mail is only accepted for countries with which there is air traffic.

Switzerland: measures weakened since April 27; medium and small enterprises are open, but in compliance with the social distance regime.

South Africa: starting May 1, the readiness level will drop from the 5th to the 4th, some enterprises will be allowed to reopen, and a third of their employees will be able to return to work.
