On 23 April 2024, the 36th International Exhibition of Information and Communication Technologies Sviaz-2024 - the largest event in Russia on the subject of telecommunications and information technologies - started its work at Expocentre Fairgrounds.

A. Borodin, Director General of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications, took part in the official opening ceremony of the Sviaz-2024 exhibition and the Russian Week of High Technologies-2024, telling the event participants about the Commonwealth's contribution to the development of the telecommunications and ICT industry.

On the first day of the Sviaz-2024 exhibition, A. Borodin visited a number of stands of its participants whose activities are closely related to the RCC. Thus, there was an informal discussion of the prospects for co-operation:

The Sviaz exhibition has been held since 1975 and is the largest event in Russia, CIS and Eastern Europe in the field of telecommunications and information technologies. The exhibition is held as part of the Russian Week of High Technologies, which brings together several exhibitions, forums and conferences in the sphere of information technologies, telecommunications, navigation and telematics.
