On 21 February 2024, within the framework of the Euro-Asian IT-Forum "Digital Sovereignty as a Basis for Long-term International Cooperation", panel session No. 2 "Training for Digital Public Administration" was held.

In the format of the roundtable session, the following perspective issues were considered:

- peculiarities of personnel training in the digital economy;

- training programmes for digital transformation leaders;

- key skills of digital transformation leaders.

Borodin Alexey Sergeevich, Director General of the Executive Committee of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications, made a presentation on "Problems of Personnel Training in a Rapidly Developing Digital Environment and Intensive Implementation of Information and Communication Technologies".

The round table was also attended by representatives of: federal and regional authorities, IT companies, universities and institutes, expert community and others.
