In the period from 23 to 24 October 2023, the 10th meeting of the Working Group on Preparations for the RA/WRC under the RCC Commission on the Regulation of the Usage of the Radio Frequency Spectrum and Satellite Orbits (RCC Commission on Radio Frequency Spectrum and Satellite Orbits) was held to finalize the documents that were prepared for the Radiocommunication Assembly and the World Radiocommunication Conference 2023 via videoconference.

The meeting was moderated by the Chairman Albert Nalbandian.

The meeting was attended by 84 representatives of the Communications Administrations of the following RCC Members: Republic of Azerbaijan, Republic of Armenia, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Russian Federation, Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of the ITU Radiocommunication Bureau, Viasat and the staff of the RCC Executive Committee.

The meeting of the WG RA/WRC focused on the following issues:

- review of the results of the WG-9 work;

- refinement of the list of coordinators for WRC-23 agenda items;

- inputs from the coordinators on items 9.2, 9.3 and 10 of WRC-23;

- position of the RCC CAs on the issues of RA-23 and WRC-23;

- general proposals of the RCC CAs on the issues of RA-23 and WRC-23;

- on interaction of the delegations of the RCC CAs during RA/WRC-23.

According to the results of the agenda issues consideration the relevant decisions were adopted.

Concluding the meeting, the Chairman of the WG RA/WRC  thanked the participants for their active and fruitful work, in turn, the participants expressed their gratitude to the Chairman for qualitative and professional conduction of the meeting.
