On August 28 and 29, 2023 in the village of Bosteri, Issyk-Kul district, Issyk-Kul region, Kyrgyzstan, the 43rd meeting of the Working Group on work with the International Telecommunication Union under the RCC Commission for the Coordination of International Cooperation was held.

The meeting was opened by Alexey Borodin, Chairman of the Working Group on work with the International Telecommunication Union at the RCC Commission for the Coordination of International Cooperation.

 The participants of the meeting were welcomed by:

- Nurudin Mukhitdinov, General-Director of the RCC Executive Committee,

- Zamirbek Kozhomuratov, Deputy Minister of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic,

- Natalia Mochu, Director of the ITU Regional Office for the CIS region.

The event was attended by representatives of the Communications Administrations of: the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Turkmenistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the participant-observer of Intersputnik, as well as specialists and management of the RCC Executive Committee.

During the meeting the following issues were considered:

- On the results of the ITU Telecommunication Standardization Advisory Group meeting;

- On preparation of the RCC CAs for the ITU World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly 2024 (WTSA-24);

- On the results of the ITU Telecommunication Development Advisory Group meeting;

- On the preparation of the RCC CAs for the ITU World Telecommunication Development Conference 2025 (WTDC-25);

- On the results of the 2023 session of the International Telecommunication Union Council;

The event was attended by representatives of the Communications Administrations of: the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Turkmenistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the participant-observer of Intersputnik, as well as specialists and staff of the RCC Executive Committee.

- On the preparation of the RCC CAs for the ITU Plenipotentiary Conference 2026 (PP-26);

- On the venue, time and agenda of the next meeting of the ITU Working Group at the RCC Commission for the Coordination of International Cooperation.

N. Mukhitdinov, General-Director of the RCC Executive Committee, expressed his gratitude to A. Borodin, Chairman of the Working Group on Work with ITU at the Commission for the Coordination of International Cooperation, for the quality of the meeting, and wished all the participants good health and success in the implementation of all the decisions, that were made.

The participants of the meeting expressed their gratitude to the RCC Executive Committee and personally to the General-Directo N. Mukhitdinov for high-quality preparation of materials and technical support of the meeting of the Commission for the Coordination of International Cooperation and ITU WG in a hybrid format.
