On August 7, 2023, a meeting between the representatives of the Ministry of Hi-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia and the representatives of the RCC Executive Committee was held.

From the Ministry of Hi-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia participated in the meeting:

- Robert Khachatryan, Minister of Hi-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia;

- Davit Sahakyan, Deputy Minister of Hi-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia;

- Tsovinar Galstyan, Acting Head of the Communication and Postal Department of the Ministry of Hi-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia ;

- Asmik Agharonyan, Head of the EAEU and CIS Affairs Division of the International Cooperation Department;

-  Lusine Movsisyan, Press Secretary of the Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia;

- Araik Abrahamyan, General Director of Haypost CJSC.

Nurudin Mukhitdinov, General-Director of the RCC Executive Committee, and Natalia Zorya, Deputy General-Director of the RCC Executive Committee, participated from the RCC Executive Committee.

Within the framework of the meeting, issues related to the development and prospects of cooperation in the field of mail and communications, development of cooperation within the ITU, as well as the issue of holding the 25th meeting of the RCC Commission on the Regulation of the Usage of Radio Frequency Spectrum and Satellite Orbits and its working bodies in February 2024 in the Republic of Armenia were discussed.

The meeting was held in a businesslike and constructive atmosphere, opinions were exchanged and relevant decisions were made.
