The meeting was attended by representatives of postal administrations and postal operators of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan and the RCC Executive Committee.

At the invitation of the RCC Executive Committee, the editor-in-chief of the journal "Postal Communications. Engineering and Technologies" attended the meeting.

     The meeting was opened by the Director General of the RCC Executive Committee Mukhitdinov Nurudin Nasretdinovich. The Chairperson of the RCC Working Group with the UPU, Deputy Minister of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus Natalia Gordeenko addressed a welcoming speech to the meeting participants.

     The following issues were considered at the meeting:

1. On the results of the autumn session of the UPU Administrative Council and the UPU Postal Operations Council (October 14-25, 2019, Bern, Switzerland).

2. On the preparation of the RCC CAs for the spring session of the UPU Administrative Council and the UPU Postal Operations Council and for the next 27th UPU Congress.

3. On the draft new resolution of the UPU "Strengthening and developing cooperation of the UPU with regional unions."

4. On the time, place and agenda of the 4th meeting of the RCC Working Group on working with UPU.

     Based on the results of the consideration of issues on the agenda, appropriate decisions were made.
     Concluding the 3rd meeting, the Chairman of the RCC Working Group with the UPU, the Deputy Minister of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus Natalia Gordeenko thanked the participants of the meeting and the RCC Executive Committee for their active, successful work and the adoption of constructive decisions.
