On February 13, 2023, the opening of the 7th meeting of the RA/WRC Working Group of the RCC Commission on Regulation of the Use of the Radio Frequency Spectrum and Satellite Orbits (RCC Commission on RFS and CO) on preparations for the Radiocommunication Assembly and the World Radiocommunication Conference in 2023 took place in the format of videoconferencing using the platform zoom.

The meeting was opened by Albert Bagratovich Nalbandyan, Chairman of the RA/WRC WG.

The participants of the meeting were welcomed by:

- General Director of the RCC Executive Committee Mukhitdinov Nurudin Nasretdinovich;

- Chairman of the RCC Commission on RFS and CO Butenko Valeriy Vladimirovich.

The first day of the meeting was attended by 145 representatives of the communications administrations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of the ITU, the International Union of Radio Amateurs of the 1st Region ( IARU-R1), Inmarsat, EUTELSAT, Huawei and the RCC Executive Committee.

In order to be able to conduct video conferencing for more than 100 participants, the staff of the RCC Executive Committee solved the problem of expanding the number of participants in Zoom video conferencing as soon as possible.

At the above meeting, the Agenda of the AR/WRC Working Group was approved, which will continue its work during the week until February 17, 2023.

The session was moderated by:

- Chairman of the WG RA/WRC Nalbandyan Albert Bagratovich;

- Secretary of the WG RA/WRC Khokhlachev Nikolay Anatolyevich.

Also, on February 17, 2023, the 22nd meeting of the RCC Commission on Regulation of the Use of the Radio Frequency Spectrum and Satellite Orbits will be held.
