The 3rd meeting of the Working Group on the Development of Postal Products, E-commerce and their Digitalization under the RCC Postal Commission and the RCC Postal Operators Board was held on 18 January 2023 in Astana and by videoconference.

The meeting was opened by the Chairperson of the Working Group on the Development of Postal Products, E-commerce and their Digitalization (WG on SDPP and EC), Elena Drozdovich.

Full members of the RCC Postal Operators Board - "Azerpost" LLC, "Haypost" CJSC, RUE "Belpochta", "Kazpochta" JSC, "Kyrgyzpochtasy" SE, "Russian Post" JSC, "Pochtai tochik" SE, "Turkmenpochta" SE, "Uzbekistan Postasi" JSC and the RCC Executive Committee participated in the WG on PPPP and E-Commerce under the RCC Commission on Posts and the Council of Postal Operators.

The above-mentioned meeting was held in an extended format with the participation of representatives from the UPU IB and PostEurop.

The agenda of the meeting included questions:

- On the implementation of the Work Plan of the Working Group on Postal Products, E-Commerce and their Digitalization (WG on PPCs and ECs) for the period 2022-2025;

- Exchange of experiences on the development of postal products, e-commerce and their digitalization in RCC member countries.

The event took place in a constructive business atmosphere. After consideration of all important issues, relevant decisions were taken.

In conclusion, the Chairperson of the Working Group, Elena Drozdovich, thanked all participants and the RCC Executive Committee for the active and fruitful work and for the good organization of the meeting in a hybrid format.
