On November 29 2022 the 43rd meeting of the RCC Telecommunication and Infocommunication Operators Board was held via videoconferencing.

The meeting was opened by the Chairman of the RCC Telecommunication and Infocommunication Operators Board, Director General of Beltelecom, Yuri Petruchenya.

Nurudin Mukhitdinov, General-Director of the RCC Executive Committee, addressed the meeting with a welcoming speech.

The 43rd meeting of the RCC TIOB was attended by:

- representatives of the RCC Communications Administrations: the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Belarus, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan and Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan,

- full members of the RCC TIOB: Aztelecom, Beltelecom, Kazakhtelecom, KaR-Tel, Kyrgyztelecom, Rostelecom, Uzbektelecom, as well as observers of the RCC TIOB - representatives of: Mobile TeleSystems, Vimpelcom, Republican Center for Space Communications, Megafon and the staff of the RCC Executive Committee.

The Agenda considered the following issues:

- priority areas of operators' activities in the implementation of digital economy programs in the RCC States,

- proposals for the development of IT centers in the RCC Member-States,

- on the draft Work Plan of the RCC Telecommunication and Infocommunication Operators Board for 2023-2026,

- on actualization of the reference book "Communication" for service correspondence of the CIS countries telecommunication operators,

- on the measures taken in the RCC Member-States to combat fraud on communication networks,

- preparation of the participants of the RCC Telecommunications and Infocommunications Operators Board for the largest ITU forums: The ITU World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly 2024, the ITU World Telecommunication Development Conference 2025, and the ITU Plenipotentiary Conference 2026.
