On November 9, the regular meeting of the Working Group for monitoring the economic situation in the CIS Member-States and preparation of specific proposals on possible measures to respond to emerging problems (using videoconferencing) was held at the CIS Executive Committee Office.
The meeting was devoted to the issues on the implementation of the List of joint responses to the emerging problems, approved by the Protocol of the CIS Economic Council dated June 10, 2022.
The representatives of the state bodies and institutions of the Republic of Armenia, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Russian Federation, Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Republic of Uzbekistan and the bodies of the CIS sectoral cooperation participating in the implementation of the List of Measures participated in the Meeting. The Deputy General-Director of the RCC Executive Committee, N. Zorya participated in the meeting on behalf of the RCC Executive Committee.

The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Chairman of the CIS Executive Committee I. Nematov, who in his opening speech noted the importance of the implementation of the List for the development of economic and trade cooperation of the CIS Member-States, indicating that this issue was given special attention during the meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of Government on October 28, 2022.

M. Myskin, Director of the Economic Cooperation Department of the CIS Executive Committee, made a presentation on the implementation of the List. He thanked the CIS Member-States and CIS sectoral cooperation bodies for the information provided on the implementation of the List of Measures. It was noted that since the adoption of the document the work on the implementation of all items of the List had begun, for some of them significant results were achieved, for others the plans for their implementation were elaborated. The actions requiring more active work were noted. The participants of the meeting were asked to consider whether it is expedient to supplement the List with necessary measures and submit respective proposals to the CIS Executive Committee.
Information on the implementation of the List will be considered at the meeting of the Commission on Economic Issues under the CIS Economic Council on November 16 and will be presented at the meeting of the CIS Economic Council on December 2, 2022.
