On September 20, 2022, the 53/42nd joint meeting of the RCC Postal Commission, the Council of RCC Postal Operators and their Working Groups was held in the format of a videoconference.

The meeting was opened by the General Director of the RCC Executive Committee Mukhitdinov Nurudin Nasretdinovich.

The participants of the meeting were welcomed by:

- Chairman of the RCC Postal Commission Mammadov Novruz Gulu oglu;

- Chairman of the Board of Postal Operators of the RCC Fayzullaev Alisher Nasibullaevich;

- Chairman of the Working Group on work with the UPU Gordeenko Natalia Mikhailovna.

Representatives of the Communications Administrations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Uzbekistan and full members of the Council of Postal Operators of the RCC - Azerpost LLC, CJSC "Aypost", RUE "Belpochta", JSC "Kazpost", JSC "Kyrgyz Pochtasy", JSC "Russian Post", SUE "Pochtai Tojik", SE "Turkmenpochta", JSC "Uzbekistan Pochtasi", as well as employees of the RCC Executive Committee.

The agenda of the meeting included the following items:

- On the results of the work of the UPU Council of Administration and the UPU Postal Operations Council (May 9-13, 2022 UPU POC, May 16-20, 2022 UPU CA).

 - On the results of the work of the Coordinating Meeting with regional unions in Bern (May 18, 2022).

- On the preparation of the RCC CAs for the work of the autumn session of the UPU Council of Administration and the UPU Postal Operations Council in 2022 (October 17-21, 2022 UPU CA, October 24-28, 2022 UPU CA).

- On preparation of the RCC CAs for participation in the Coordination meeting with regional unions in Bern (October 26, 2022, 12:00-14:00)

- On preparations for the Extraordinary UPU Congress 2023 (Belgrade, Serbia).

- On the implementation of the "Action Plan for the Implementation of the Decisions of the 27th UPU Congress and the Abidjan Postal Strategy for 2022-2025".

- On the implementation of the UPU Regional Development Plan for 2022-2025 for the Europe and Central Asia region.

- Exchange of experience on the development of postal products, e-commerce and their digitalization in the countries of the RCC participants.

- On proposals for the draft Work Plan of the Working Group on the development of postal products, e-commerce and their digitalization (WG on CRPP and EC) for the period 2022-2025.

- Exchange of experience on the development of financial services.

- On the implementation of the Financial Services Work Plan for the period 2022-2025.

The event was held in a constructive business atmosphere. Based on the results of consideration of the agenda items, appropriate decisions were made.

Technical support for the videoconference was provided by the RCC Executive Committee.

In conclusion, the Chairman of the RCC Postal Commission Mammadov Novruz Gulu oglu thanked all the participants of the meeting for the fruitful work, as well as the RCC Executive Committee for the quality preparation and technical organization of the meeting in the videoconferencing format.
