During the work of WTSA-20, regular coordination meetings are held to coordinate the participation of representatives of the RCC communications administrations in developing joint decisions on the presentation of the RCC General Proposals and the reflection of the RCC positions in the final documents of the forum.

Representatives from the Communications Administrations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Uzbekistan and employees of the RCC Executive Committee traditionally participate in the RCC Coordinating Meetings.

The agenda of the Coordinating Meeting is correlated in accordance with the agenda of WTSA-20. The position of the RCC participant countries on the agenda items is monitored daily by the RCC Coordinator for WTSA preparation Evgeny Viktorovich Tonkikh together with the RCC Executive Committee.

Representatives of the RCC Communications Administrations, which introduced (supported) it, are appointed as coordinators for each RCC General Proposal at meetings. The coordinators submit the RCC General Proposal, monitor and promote it until the final decision of the forum on this issue.

The coordinators carry out their activities at the forum in close cooperation with the RCC Executive Committee.

Representatives of the RCC Communications Administrations who monitor the consideration of documents on various agenda items in committees, commissions and working groups of the forum, as well as coordinators promoting the RCC General Proposals, report at the coordination meetings on the work carried out during the forum.

The preparation and distribution of the agendas of the coordination meetings to the representatives of the RCC communications administrations working at the forum is carried out by the RCC Executive Committee together with the chairman of the RCC coordination meetings.

A distinctive feature of WTSA-20 is that the RCC representatives take part in the work of the Assembly in a hybrid format (physical participation and remote).

The RCC Executive Committee daily reserves meeting rooms and organizes video conferencing on the Zoom platform for RCC representatives participating remotely in WTSA-20.

For operational interaction, RCC participants widely use a specially created chat in the Telegram messenger.

The work of WTSA-20 continues in accordance with the schedule of meetings.
