On December 17, 2021, a solemn video conference of the Heads of the RCC Communications Administrations took place on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of communications.

The solemn meeting was opened by the General Director of the RCC Executive Committee Mukhitdinov Nurudin Nasretdinovich.

The greeting of the Chairman of the RCC CAs Board, Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Shadayev Maksut Igorevich was voiced by the Chairman of the RCC Commission on CCM, Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Bella Mukharbievna Cherkesova.

Beg Sabur, Chairman of the Communication Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, addressed the meeting participants with a greeting.

The event was attended by representatives of the communications administrations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as employees of specialized organizations.

During the festive event, greetings and congratulations were made by the heads of the Communications Administrations of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications, as well as representatives of international and regional organizations ITU, UPU and the CIS on the occasion of
30th anniversary of the RCC.

Andrey Sudakov, a representative of the UPU International Bureau, took part in the meeting and made a greeting on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the RCC.

Representative of the CIS Executive Committee Muravkina Ekaterina voiced the greeting of the Chairman of the Executive Committee - Executive Secretary of the CIS Lebedev Sergey Nikolaevich.

On behalf of the Secretariat of the Council of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly, the executive secretary of the Expert Council of the IPA CIS - RCC Surygin Alexander Igorevich took part in the videoconference. During his speech, he conveyed to the RCC congratulations from the Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Dmitry Kobitsky.

First Deputy Minister of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus Pavel Tkach made a welcoming speech on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of communications on behalf of the Communications Administration of the Republic of Belarus; »Yuri Petruchenya and Chairman of the Belarusian Trade Union of Telecommunications Workers Nina Gavrilova.

The General Director of the RCC Executive Committee Nurudin Nasretdinovich Mukhitdinov made a report on the main results of the work and strategic directions of the RCC activities in the near future.

Following the results of the solemn video conference, a joint statement of the Heads of Communications Administrations of the countries of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of communications in connection with the 30th anniversary of the RCC, submitted for consideration by the next Board of the RCC Communications Administrations Heads on the initiative of the Communications Administration of the Republic of Belarus, was approved.
