The Second Eurasian Congress was hosted by the Eurasian Development Bank with the assistance of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin took part in the plenary session of the Second Eurasian Congress “Key investment projects - system drivers of economic growth in the EAEU”.

In the format of the discussion, the participants of the Congress came to a consolidated decision on the importance of digital transformation of business and public administration, which in our time determines the competitiveness of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union in the international digital market.

The discussion was attended by representatives of government authorities, business, scientific, expert communities. In an open dialogue, we had the opportunity to present our vision of how we can achieve sustainable development of our common region, increase the well-being of citizens, do everything to make our union the most comfortable place for people to live and do business.

The General Director of the RCC Executive Committee Nurudin Mukhitdinov took part in the Eurasian Congress.

Within the framework of the plenary session "Digital Eurasia: Infrastructure, Big Data, Sovereignty", Pavel Tkach, First Deputy Minister of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus, spoke online.

In his speech, he drew the attention of the session participants to the advisability of moving away from regional (sectoral) digitalization projects to a single digital market within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union, while focusing on the need for synchronous work of all countries of the Eurasian Economic Union in the development of a cross-border space of trust, which will allow create a single space for interstate electronic interaction within the Union.
