The work of the RA-19 was attended by more than 470 delegates from 89 countries.

      The delegations of the CA of the Azerbaijan Republic, the CA of the Republic of Armenia, the CA of Georgia, the CA of the Republic of Belarus, the CA of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the CA of the Russian Federation, as well as representatives of the RCC Executive Committee took part in the work from our region.

      Preparatory work for the RA-19 by the Regional Commonwealth was carried out during the previous 4 years after the completion of the RA-15.

The final act of preparation was the approval and acceptance of relevant decisions at the Board of the RCC CAs Heads on September 16-17, 2019 in
 Nur-Sultan (Kazakhstan).

      Summing up the results of the RA-19, it should be noted that all the tasks assigned to our Commonwealth have been implemented.

      Thanks to a well-coordinated creative team, appropriate compromises were found on the nomination and appointment of candidates for senior positions of the Assembly and the working bodies of ITU-R.

At the closing ceremony of RA-19 from the RCC CAs, the representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan AS, Kim TG, Deputy Chairman of Committee 4 of AR-19, spoke. He expressed gratitude to the host country, the management of ITU, the Chairperson of the AP-19, all the delegates of the AP-19 for the fruitful, creative, compromise and important work during the AP-19.
     At the end of the closing ceremony of the AP-19, ITU Secretary-General H. Zhao presented ITU certificate and gold medal to Dr. Pastukh S.Yu. for the successful implementation of AP-19, as well as the corresponding certificate as the outgoing chairman of IK-1, for his enormous contribution to the work of ITU.

At the final coordination meeting of the RCC, held in the El Salam Hall, Sharm el-Sheikh, International Congress Center (SHICC), the results of the AP-19 were summarized.
      Thanks are expressed to the representatives of our region elected to the working bodies of the AR-19, as well as thanks for the positive work of the representatives of the RCC CAs in the work of the AR-19. There was also a wish for successful work for the elected representatives of the RCC in the ITU-R working bodies for the coming period.
