Participants were presented with the draft Agreement on the phased creation and operation of a Unified Regional Platform for NNAI Resource Verification (numbering, naming, addressing, and identification) and Combating Telecommunication Fraud in RCC Member States.

Based on the discussion, the meeting participants agreed to continue working on the text of the draft Agreement with a wider range of experts, supported by relevant specialists from the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the GSMA, as well as other interested organizations and relevant CIS and EEC bodies.

During the meeting, participants were informed of the decisions of the RCC Board of Ministers, which met on September 29, 2026, in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, concerning amendments to the Agreement on the Terms and Conditions for Inter-Operator Settlements when Providing International Telecommunications Services in CIS Member States, dated 2015.

The RCC Director General noted that the prepared draft protocol amending the 2015 Agreement had been submitted to the authorized CIS bodies for consideration and subsequent approval at the CIS Council of Heads of Government meeting in 2027.

The next meeting of the WG‑Roaming will be held in December 2026.
