Over three days, more than 60 events were held at the Mechta venue in Moscow's Gorky Park — sessions, roundtables, lectures, workshops, and presentations — bringing together over 1,300 guests, including 750 experts from 111 countries.
One of the main events of the forum's first day was the address by Deputy Prime Minister and Chief of Staff of the Government Executive Office of Russia, Mr. Dmitry Grigorenko, at the plenary session "The AI Race: One Set of Rules or Many?" He spoke about Russia's achievements in digitalization and emphasized the need to develop an international approach to AI regulation.
One of the highlights of the forum's second day was the plenary session "Digital Sovereignty: From Resource to Export Asset." First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office of the Russian Federation, Mr. Sergei Kiriyenko, stated Russia's readiness to become a full‑fledged partner for other countries in digital technologies.
The central event of the forum's third day was the address by Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office of Russia, Mr. Maxim Oreshkin. He stated that genuine sovereignty in AI requires a country to possess data sovereignty and its own infrastructure.
Over three days, more than 70 high‑ranking Russian and international participants spoke at plenary sessions and sections, including deputy prime ministers, ministers of digital development, and heads of international organizations and regional associations.
On the sidelines of GDF‑2026, 150 agreements and memorandums were signed and more than 200 bilateral meetings took place.
We are sharing with you video clips summarizing the results of each day of the forum.
