On October 8, 2026, as part of the Second Global Digital Forum program, the RCC and the Association for the Development of Radio Frequency Identification Technologies (RFID Association) signed a Memorandum on Scientific and Technical Cooperation.

The document reflects the parties' intention to jointly:

• Conduct research in radio frequency identification technologies

• Exchange information

• Promote RCC member states' solutions at the international level

• Participate in conferences and exhibitions

• Prepare joint publications

• Implement advanced solutions

The Memorandum was signed by:

• Mr. Boris Kupryakov, Vice President of the RFID Association

• Mr. Alexey Borodin, Director General of the RCC
