A ceremony was held to cancel the commemorative postage stamp issued by the State Unitary Enterprise "Pochtai Tojik." The stamp is part of a joint issuance by the communications administrations of Commonwealth member states marking the 35th anniversary of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications (RCC). The ceremony was attended by:

• Mr. Isfandiyor Sa'dullo, Head of the Communication Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

• Mr. Alexey Borodin, Director General of the RCC

• Mr. Dilshod Muzaffarzoda, Director General of the State Unitary Enterprise "Pochtai Tojik"

• Mr. Mario González Montiel, UPU Programme Manager for Europe and the CIS

• Ms. Natalia Mochu, ITU Regional Director for CIS

• The central element of the stamp is the RCC logo

• Circulation: 5,000 copies; face value: 20 somoni 40 dirams; designer: Jamshed Kholikov

• The stamp was printed in the Republic of Belarus by the Belarusian Printing House.

Commemorative envelopes featuring an image dedicated to the RCC's 35th anniversary were also produced specially for the occasion, with a circulation of 2,000 copies.

For the cancellation of the postage stamp dedicated to the RCC anniversary, the State Unitary Enterprise "Pochtai Tojik" produced a postmark dated September 29, 2026 — the day of cancellation.

The commemorative stamps issued in honor of the Commonwealth's 35th anniversary are part of a joint initiative under the Agreement of the RCC Communications Administrations. The Agreement aims to further promote the RCC as an international regional organization for cooperation in telecommunications and postal services, to strengthen mutually beneficial relations among its members, and to coordinate their activities in the development of communications.
