Held at the Patriot Expo venue since 2024, the Congress will take place from September 8 to 11 this year.

The Congress aims to shape a relevant technological development agenda, showcase the latest solutions, and develop effective approaches to technology scaling and export.

Participants include representatives from government authorities, industry associations, scientific organizations, technology companies, and startups.

The program features:

•  Plenary sessions and thematic sections

•  An exhibition of technological solutions and demo zones

•  Special events organized by industrial clusters and competence centers.

The RCC's anniversary forum, " 35 Years Together: Digital Future of a Common Space," will take place on September 8–9 and serve as the centerpiece of the Telecom cluster at ITC‑2026.

As part of the RCC Forum, four thematic sections will address the following topics:

•  Countering cyber threats in telecommunications and ICT

•  AI implementation in the region: potential, risks, infrastructure, and regulation

•  Postal sector and logistics development in the context of digitalization

•  Construction of sustainable communication infrastructure.

The RCC Forum's strategic session will focus on strengthening the RCC's position on the international stage and building partnerships with other associations.
