The Group operates under the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) and aims to develop fair tariff rules for cellular communication services in international roaming within the EAEU (hereinafter — the Rules).

The meeting focused on interconnection rates for cellular roaming services.

During the discussion on the possibility of applying the Rules and existing practices beyond the "five" (EAEU member states), RCC Director General Mr. Alexey Borodin presented the relevant outcomes of the June meeting of the RCC Board of Ministers and the CIS Coordination Council for Informatization under the RCC, as well as the meeting of the RCC Commission on Telecommunications Regulation and the RCC Telecommunications and Infocommunication Operators Board.

In particular, information was presented on the ongoing work to revise the Agreement on the Terms and Conditions for Inter-Operator Settlements when Providing International Telecommunications Services in CIS Member States, dated October 30, 2015.

Based on the discussions, the Working Group will receive the interim results of this work.
