The Interstate Council on Antimonopoly Policy (ICAP) meeting was attended by representatives of:

• Azerbaijan

• Armenia

• Belarus

• Kazakhstan

• Kyrgyzstan

• Russia

• Tajikistan

• Uzbekistan

• the CIS Executive Committee

• the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications (RCC)

• the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC).

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Artur Karpovich, Minister of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus.

Participants reviewed the most notable events in antimonopoly policy in CIS member states that had occurred since the previous ICAP meeting.

During the ICAP meeting, participants received an update on the activities of the CIS Antimonopoly Investigations Headquarters, particularly regarding cooperation with the RCC. The joint actions outlined during the Headquarters' meeting held the day before, on July 2, received the necessary support from the ICAP.

The RCC was represented at the meeting by its Deputy Director General, Ms. Maria Bolshakova.

The next ICAP meeting is scheduled for the second half of 2026.
