- Supervision of operator activities

- Equipment certification and compliance with unified regulatory standards in the region

- Inter‑operator interaction

- Legal and regulatory "landing" of operators.

Proper regulation at this stage will make it possible to maximize the potential of NGSO systems for the development of the region's digital infrastructure while minimizing possible risks. It is important to understand that NGSO systems are not a panacea, but rather part of a comprehensive strategy for providing Internet access.
