MGIMO–RCC–ITU Professional Development Program: Lectures by RCC Director General

On April 14, as part of the professional development program "Artificial Intelligence for Diplomats of Central Eurasia," RCC Director General Mr. Alexey Borodin delivered two lectures:

Cooperation with the ITU: Main Directions and Procedures — This lecture examined the history, legal status, structure, and key areas of the ITU's work, as well as the procedures and practice of state participation in the ITU's activities.

AI Development in Central Eurasia: Opportunities for Cooperation — This lecture presented an overview of the ICT market in the region, existing approaches to AI implementation and regulation, and the key advantages of participation in integration associations for regional market development.

Among the program's participants were:

• Staff of foreign policy agencies from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Russia, and Tajikistan

Digital attachés from Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Vietnam, China, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, Morocco, the UAE, the Philippines, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Thailand, and Uzbekistan

• Specialists working at the intersection of diplomacy, governance, and digital transformation.
