The program focuses on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in diplomacy and international interaction — from legal and organizational issues to practical implementation.

Speakers include leading experts from MGIMO, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, MIPT, RFTA, SPbSUT, the RCC, and the ITU.

Within the program, on April 14, 2026, RCC Director General Mr. Alexey Borodin will deliver two lectures:

• 9:00–10:20 — Cooperation with the ITU: Main Directions and Procedures

• 10:35–11:55 — AI Development in Central Eurasia: Opportunities for Cooperation.

Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a certificate of professional development.
