The ceremony, held as part of the Forum's plenary program, was attended by:
• Mr. Zhaslan Madiyev, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Mr. Alexey Borodin, Director General of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications (RCC)
• Mr. Bekezhan Zhakeev, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "Kazpost."
The commemorative stamp was developed by JSC "Kazpost" together with the RCC as part of the implementation of the Agreement of RCC communications administrations on coordinating stamp issuances dedicated to the Commonwealth. In 2026, the theme of the joint stamp issuance was the 35th anniversary of the RCC.
"The anniversary of the RCC symbolizes three and a half decades of cooperation among the states of our region in the field of postal communications, telecommunications, and digital development. Kazakhstan takes pride in its contribution to strengthening this partnership," noted the ceremony master.
The ceremony, held within the framework of Digital Qazaqstan 2026, was the first in the anniversary year. Other stamp cancellation ceremonies will take place in RCC member countries throughout 2026 at various regional events on the digital agenda or at major meetings of RCC bodies.
