The International Industry Science Festival CIFR-2026 has opened in Moscow.

Events within the framework of CIFR — the Communications and Informatics Festival Russia — will be held from March 10 to 14, 2026, at the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI).

At the Festival's opening ceremony, RCC Deputy Director General Maria Bolshakova welcomed the participants, noting that:

The Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications (RCC) — as an interstate body coordinating a wide range of digital agenda issues — consistently supports initiatives aimed at strengthening international scientific cooperation, exchanging ICT best practices, training personnel for the digital economy, and harmonizing regulatory approaches in telecommunications.

The CIFR-2026 program covers a wide range of industry-relevant topics and includes:

• Panel discussions

• Roundtables

• International sections

• Technology presentations

• A hackathon

• Lectures from industry experts

• Practical workshops

• An open day for prospective students.
