A working meeting was held on December 9, 2025, at the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) headquarters between Maksim Yermolovich, Member of the Board (Minister) for Competition and Antitrust Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), and RCC Director General Alexey Borodin.

The meeting agenda included the following items:

• Progress on Fair Roaming Tariffs: A discussion of the EEC's ongoing work to establish rules for fair tariffs on cellular services in international roaming within the EAEU member states.

• Collaboration on Fraud Prevention: An exploration of possible mechanisms through which the RCC could assist the EEC in finalizing rules to address fraud on communication networks.

As one potential mechanism, RCC Director General Alexey Borodin proposed including authorized EEC representatives in the meetings of the RCC Working Group on Roaming Issues. This group was established following the RCC's roaming consultations in November 2025. Their participation would aid in developing approaches for finalizing the rules.
