On November 21, on the sidelines of the World Telecommunication Development Conference, RCC Director General Alexey Borodin and the delegation of the RCC Executive Committee met with the team of Stephen Bereaux, the candidate for ITU Deputy Secretary-General from The Bahamas.

During the meeting, Stephen Bereaux outlined his electoral priorities. In turn, Alexey Borodin invited him to participate in the upcoming meeting of the RCC Council and in the Commonwealth's preparatory events for the 2026 Plenipotentiary Conference.
