Reception Held in Support of the Russian Federation's Candidacy for the ITU Council and the Russian Nominee for the Radio Regulations Board

On November 20, 2025, during the World Telecommunication Development Conference in Baku, a reception was held to support the candidacies of the Russian Federation for the ITU Council and its nominee, Nikolay Varlamov, for the ITU Radio Regulations Board.

The event brought together high-ranking ITU elected officials and a broad representation of delegates from ITU Member States and Sector Members.
