Hajymyrat Hudaygulyyev and Alexey Borodin held discussions on a range of issues, including:

• Core priorities for the RCC's activities, particularly in preparation for the next in-person meeting of the Council of Ministers in 2026.

• The priorities and prospects for the participation of Turkmenistan's Communications Administration and national telecommunications operators in the work of the Commonwealth's various committees and groups.

• The outcomes of the 2025 Universal Postal Union (UPU) Congress, along with preparatory work for the upcoming World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC) in Baku and strategic priorities for the ITU Plenipotentiary Conference 2026 in Qatar.

• Preparations for celebrating the 35th anniversary of the RCC, an organization which Turkmenistan co-founded.

The meeting was held on November 12, 2025, as part of the Turkmenistan Digital Forum.
