Following consultations with the Member States of the International Telecommunication Union, Shanghai, China, has been confirmed as the venue for the World Radiocommunication Conference (RWC) Radiocommunication Assembly 2027.

The votes of the 147 ITU Member States that participated in the vote were as follows:
• FOR - 108,
• AGAINST - 12,
• ABSTAINED - 27.

The WRC and its predecessor, the RA, will be held from October 11 to November 12, 2027.
