The meeting was held as part of the IV International Forum IT-Akademgrad "Artificial Intelligence in Belarus".

Chaired by RCC Director General Alexey Borodin, the experts discussed, among other things:
• prospects and progress in developing the draft Recommendations on the Legal Regulation of Metaverses (Digital Space) for CIS Member States,
• the progress of preparing the draft Long-Term Plan for Model Law-making in the CIS for the next three years and proposals for its content, specifically concerning critical communications infrastructure,
• amendments to the model law "On Postal Activities" regarding special mail, etc.

The next meeting of the IPA CIS-RCS Expert Council is scheduled to be held in St. Petersburg, Russia, in the spring of 2026.
