On Monday, October 13, Beltelecom Director General Alexey Ivashkin, Chairman of the RCC Council of Telecommunications and Infocommunications Operators, warmly welcomed the leadership of the RCC Executive Committee to the company's headquarters in Minsk.

During the meeting, RCC Director General Alexey Borodin spoke about the Commonwealth Executive Committee's work in relation to:
• implementing the Council of Telecommunications Operators' decisions adopted in Tashkent in May,
• preparations for the upcoming 2026 meeting of the Council of Telecommunications Operators, which will precede the RCC Council of Ministers meeting,
• events to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Commonwealth.

The parties also discussed the interim results and prospects of the RCC's activities on issues relevant to the Council of Telecommunications Operators, in particular:
• international roaming conditions in the region,
• the activities of large private associations of telecom operators,
• operator business development strategies.
