Today, June 23, 2025, the 20th Global Internet Governance Forum (IGF 2025) kicked off in Lillestrøm, Norway. It is the largest forum that annually brings together thousands of representatives of governments, businesses, academia and civil society from around the world to discuss the development and regulation of the global Internet.

The theme of this year's Forum is "Building Governance Together"

The IGF 2025 agenda includes topics relevant to shaping the digital future:
• digital trust and sustainability
• sustainable and responsible innovation
• universal access and digital rights
• digital cooperation

Special attention during the discussions will be paid to analyzing the results of 20 years of the Forum's work, assessing its effectiveness and developing proposals for the further development of the IGF format.
