On December 17, 1991, the Communications Administrations of eleven states laid the foundation of our Commonwealth by signing the “Agreement on the Establishment of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications”.

And today the RCC celebrates its 33rd anniversary!

Taking this opportunity, we heartly congratulate you on the birthday of the Commonwealth and would like to once again express our sincere gratitude to all those who are connected with the fate of the RCC: Communications Administrations and member enterprises, partners and friends of the RCC - all those whose efforts make the Commonwealth grow stronger every day!

Your high professionalism, competence and involvement in the work of the RCC give an impulse to the development and growth of the Commonwealth!

We express our hope that the commonality of our actions, positions and views will grow stronger day by day, and the ranks of the Commonwealth participants - will become denser!
