On September 9, 2026, the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications (RCC) will hold its anniversary forum, "35 Years of RCC: Digital Future of a Common Space."

The event will take place as part of the program of the III International Technology Congress. The Congress will be held from September 8 to 10, 2026, at the Patriot Expo Convention and Exhibition Center in the Moscow Region, Russian Federation, with the support of the Presidential Administration and the Government of the Russian Federation.

The RCC Forum will serve as the centerpiece of the Congress's "Communications and Telecom" thematic cluster and will make an important contribution to implementing strategic tasks for creating a reliable, secure, and accessible digital space in the RCC region.

The RCC Forum program comprehensively covers the key areas of the RCC's activities and aims to develop concrete solutions for the communications industry in the region.

The main events of the RCC Forum program include:

• Plenary session: "RCC: 35 Years on the Road to Digital Integration"

• Thematic sections:

- Section 1: "Digital Transformation of the Postal Industry and Logistics in the Region: New Challenges and Opportunities"

- Section 2: "Telecommunications and ICT: The Foundation of Digital Sovereignty"

- Section 3: "International Information Security: Sustainability in an Era of Changes as a Foundation for Digital Development"

- Section 4: "Artificial Intelligence: Challenges and Growth Points in Central Eurasia"

• Strategic session: "International Cooperation: RCC in the Global Digital Dialogue"

• The “History in Technologies” special exhibition, a demo zone for presenting pilot projects, and the Business Potter series of rapid B2B meetings.

The following are invited to participate as speakers at the event: heads of communications administrations of RCC member states; heads of relevant departments of "digital" ministries in the region; leaders of the relevant working (auxiliary) bodies of the RCC; heads of RCC telecommunications and postal operators (including heads of IT and logistics divisions of postal operators); leaders of major marketplaces; and experts in digital infrastructure and technologies.
