Representatives of Communications Administrations of the Azerbaijan Republic, Republic of Armenia, Republic of Belarus, Kyrgyz Republic, Republic of Moldova, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Republic of Uzbekistan, and RCC Executive Committee participated in the meeting.The meeting agenda included questions of RCC CAs preparations for Radiocommunication Assembly and World Radiocommunication Conference 2012.

Members of the Group considered review of the Report of the WRC-12/RA-12 WG 3rd meeting, discussed outcomes of the 1st stage of the R&D work on preparations for WRC-12/RA-12. Coordinators on the WRC-12 agenda items presented working materials on each item which include not only results of ITU and RCC studies but also preliminary positions of other regional organizations and actions to be undertaken by coordinators and communications administrations for development of the RCC CAs preliminary positions.

On the basis of the coordinators materials the Working Group finished off the draft Preliminary position which should become a basis for formation of the RСС Common Proposals for the future conference. Participants of meeting discussed the structure of the forthcoming World Radiocommunication Conference 2012.

The Chairman of the Working Group informed the Group about the planned meetings on preparations for WRC-12 in other regional organizations, in particular about preparation of bilateral meeting RCC-CEPT, APT and ASMG. The Chairman of the Working Group on behalf of the Group thanked Communications Administration of the Russian Federation for the fine organization of the meeting.
