Representatives of the Communications Administrations of the Republic of Armenia, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Russian Federation, Republic of Uzbekistan and Ukraine attended the meeting.

The main question was to consider the proposals of the RCC CAs for the Regional Preparatory Meeting (RPM) for the CIS countries in preparations for the WTDC-10.

Preliminary, Communications Administrations of the Russian Federation, Republic of Uzbekistan and Ukraine reported intention to submit candidatures for the leading positions of WTDC-10.

At the meeting of the WG the questions about the preparations for the Plenipotentiary Conference (PP) 2010 were also heard. The contributions’ subjects to the PP-10 were discussed.

The decision to continue preparations for WTDC-10 and PP-10 in accordance with the approved by the Board of the RCC CAs Heads’ Plans of preparations for the upcoming conferences were adopted.
